Mr. Kofi Raphael Gakpo of the National Democratic Congress NDC, Bono East Regional Treasurer has taken on Justice Anim Yeboah for some transfers within the judicial service.
Some transfer letters spotted by Awake News indicates judges are being transferred to other regions of the country without reasons adduced in the letters.
This caused the NDC Treasurer to write personally to Justice Anim Yeboah through his social media handles. Read below his full writeup
“JUSTICE ANIM YEBOAH – CHIEF JUSTICE STOP THESE POLITICAL TRANSFERS AT THE HIGH COURTS.”
“The Chief Justice- Justice Anim Yeboah has started given Political Transfers to High Court Judges he and his NPP Government think they will not bend the law to suit their Gerrymandering and Political interests with regards to disputed Parliamentary Elections results the EC has schewed in favour of the NPP despite compelling evidence to the contrary showing NDC won those seats.
With Cases like Zabzugu, Techiman South, Esikado- Ketan, Sefwi Wiawso among others, the High Court Judges within those operational areas should brace themselves up for their transfer letters as far as they will like to speak truth to power and let the rule of law work.
Nana Addo is indeed a Political Bigot who wants Justice sacrificed on the alter of lies instead of truth.
As Professer Patrice Lumumba said “Peace is the Child of the intercourse between truth and justice”.
J M is President Elect and Seats like Zabzugu, Techiman South, Esikado- Ketan, Sefwi – Wiawso among others are known by the masses that NDC Won them.” He concluded.
However the NDC has reiterated they are poised to battle the presidential election and the other parliamentary seats that are in dispute to their favour.
One of these battles has begun, with the Hohoe seat, where the NDC has been able to secure a court injunction on Gazetting of the parliamentary results as the NPP claim they have won the parliamentary election.
NDC heads to the supreme on the presidential results on Wednesday, 6th January 2021.
