About the Green Legend Volunteers (GLV)
The Green Legend Volunteers (GLV) is an NGO of passionate sanitation volunteers with the aim of educating people to develop good attitude towards sanitation to create a new habit of keeping the environment clean.
The organisation organises clean up exercises and advocate for the enforcement of sanitation laws.

The organization believes that though several clean up exercises have been championed by many organizations and individuals, the challenges with sanitation persist as a result of bad habit, laziness, lack of law enforcement, poor waste system, ignorant and many others.
The Vision of GLV
- To make Ghana a beautiful place and dirt free
- To transfer a good sanitation habit to the future leaders yet to be born.
- To promote recycling and reuse to reduce waste and also create jobs
- To free government of huge clean up exercise expenses, where such fund can be used for other developmental projects
