The Deputy Attorney General, Lawyer Alfred Tuah-Yeboah, has indicated that his outfit is currently probing to ascertain and determine the validity of the wedlock ceremony between Gborbu Wulomo and Naa Okromo.
This development comes following the release of the minor to her biological parents on Thursday, April 18. Naa Okromo was put in the custody of the Department of Social Welfare under the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection for the past two weeks.
Interacting with media, Mr Alfred Tuah-Yeboah disclosed that the truth of the investigation would be communicated to the public without rancor.
“Our officers are reviewing the docket to ascertain various issues. One, whether what took place was actually marriage or not. We have not come to any conclusion on that issue yet,” he said.
