Mahama and Owusu Bempah

Reverend Isaac Owusu-Bempah has prophesied that former President John Dramani Mahama will return to the Jubilee House to occupy the seat of the highest office in the country as the next president of Ghana because God has ordained him to rule again.

According to him, God has lifted the embargo that he had placed on him out of vituperation.

Rev. Owusu-Bempah, who is the founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, made this known in an interview with Kwame Nkrumah Tikese of Accra-based Okay FM.

He noted that the Almighty God alters his ways and works in a very mysterious manner beyond human understanding, so believers should shun away from the previous prophecy he made that Mahama would never become president again after being kicked out in the 2016 general elections.

“So, the circumstances of years ago that caused God to abandon our father, John Dramani Mahama, and bar him from the presidency no longer exist.

“So, if people think the status quo still persists, changes can occur in matters of God. Different times come with what God ordains or decrees,” Owusu-Bempah said when questioned about the incongruence between his current stance and that of 2019.

Making reference to the Bible, he indicated God forbade the Israelites from crossing ravines yet afterwards used the same animal to save Eliyah.

He went on to say that he does not pay President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo a visit at the Jubilee House because his wife, the First Lady, Rebecca, frowns at him, so it feels like Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo despises him.

He stressed that he has never offended the First Lady, but it seems Mrs. Rebecca appears uncomfortable and extremely unhappy when he gets close to President Akufo-Addo, her husband.

He further said that he has since distanced himself from President Akufo-Addo to protect his integrity and his hard-earned reputation as the “nation’s prophet.”
