Onasis and Allotey Jacobs

The Deputy Ashanti Regional Youth Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Onasis Kobby has striped the suspended former Central Regional Chairman of NDC, Mr. Allotey Jacobs.

In a Facebook post, Mr. Kobby said Mr. Jacobs while serving as the Central Regional Chairman of the party did nothing to improve the fortunes of the party in the 2016 general election but rather decreased the number of parliamentary seats the NDC was having from 16 to single 4 in the Central Region.

Recounting the performance of the NDC in the region and to justify why Mr. Jacobs was a bad nut in the NDC hence his suspension, Mr. Kobby said:

“1. 2008 Chairman Samuel Valis Akyianu increased the seats from 2 to 11.

2. 2012 Chairman Samuel Adu Yeboah increase the seats from 11 to 16 parliamentary seats.”

He said but in 2016, “Chairman Allotey Jacobs decreased from 16 to 4 parliamentary seats” for which in the last general elections, Chairman Ebenezer Kojo Teye Addo rescued the NDC by increasing the seats from 4 to 13 parliamentary seats.

Mr. Kobby sounding perhaps very worried about the continuous denigrating comments from the suspended Allotey Jacobs said ” Allotey Jacobs will receive his punishment one day” adding that “God doesn’t like evil”

For him, “The cries of Ama Benyiwa Doe will forever lead him to embarrassment”
