President Akufo Addo who was speaking in a mini rally at Doboro intimated that voting the former President Mahama would derail the success of his government. “The person I defeated and my work since I took over, seems not to please him, I cannot hand over power to such a person. He will destroy whatever we have done when he come”.

However, on the KSM show the NDC running mate said “ If you are telling them to wise up because Mahama will destroy your legacy, he should list the legacies. He should have referred to the legacies, why didn’t he? He has left a gap there, and people are filling it for him. Has Mahama never come to destroy anything? He comes to fix things. When we had electricity problem he fixed it. So he fixed the problem, so what is there to be destroyed?”

“We need to come and build, am not saying what he should have said. Am not going to advise what our president should have said. But that is what he has said. Mahama doesn’t come to destroy anything. But what is his record of destroying what?” She queried.
