The Executive Director of the Africa Center for Peace Building, Efo Korsi Senyo has joined the many Ghanaians to celebrate the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr. Osman Nuhu Sharubutu as he turns 100 years today, April 23, 2019.
Efo Korsi Senyo in a message posted on Facebook, described the Chief Imam as a “true icon of peace, humility and harmony”.
According to him, Sheikh Dr. Osman Nuhu Sharubutu’s demonstration of love and unity is beyond measures.
“Where you sense tension, you make every practical effort to restore calm and peace. Where there is intolerance, you make every effort to let the youth know why we must at all times tolerate each other regardless of your religious background. Your grey hair is full of wisdom and blessing,” he posted.

Prior to his birthday, the Chief Imam visited the Christ the King Cathedral to worship with the Christians as part of efforts to unite both Christians and Muslim.
Other well-wishers including The Multimedia Group have also sent warm regards to the learned Chief Imam as he celebrates another milestone.
