The Kenyan Human Rights Ambassador to Youth for Human Rights Africa (YoHRA), Professor Jared Akama Onyari, spent this 25th December with some street dwellers in the capital of Kenya in Nairobi.

[ads1]Prof. Onyari explains that promotion of Human Rights means sharing love with others and promoting peaceful co-existence among people of different economic status.

Prof Onyari who doubles as the Country Director of Treasure of Life Foundation, Kenya said he is driven by the passion to share the love of God with the vulnerable particularly in a season like Christmas.

“Spreading Christmas on the street is just one of the many ways TLF – Kenya seeks to reach out to the poor and vulnerable” – Prof. Onyari said

Prof. Onyari was one of the speakers at the 1st Ghana Youth Human Rights Conference where he advises the youth that the future of Africa depends on them.

“If Africa will fail or succeed, it depends entirely on you – the Youth taking up the responsibility to rid our government of corruption and also demand accountability from those who govern” – He said
