The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has reiterated that the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has restored the teacher and nursing trainee allowances citing his party’s ability to implement transformative policies for Ghanaians.
Speaking at chiefs at Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem constituency, Dr. Bawumia highlighted the NPP record in changing and transforming lives.
He pointed to policies such as the restoration of teacher and nursing trainee allowances, Free Senior High School (SHS), and revamping of the National Health Insurance Scheme, amongst others.
He said, “Not only have we implemented the Free SHS policy, but we have also implemented free technical and vocational education to give skills to our people”.
Dr. Bawumia said “We have restored the teacher and nursing trainee allowances, and we have revamped the National Health Insurance Scheme. Childhood cancer and sickle cell patients, and kidney dialysis have also been captured under the NHIS.”
He called on Ghanaians to vote massively for the NPP party come December 7, 2024, as it is known for implementing life-changing policies.
