Commenting on a Twitter post by actress Lydia Forson, Mr. Kotoko who is noted for his criticisms of the President Akufo-Addo led NPP government said Ghanaians elected what he described as a mess to do the work of a messiah.
The founder and leader of the International Central Gospel Church, Pastor Mensa Otabil who is noted for his critics of the past John Mahama’s administration was not left out of the anger webs of the outspoken youth leader.
“Surprisingly, the likes of a hypocrite like Mensa Otabil have not finished watching National Geographic channel” – Elikem fires
If you can recall few months into the President Akufo-Addo led NPP government in 2017, Pastor Mensa Otabil in a sermon told his congregation that he was tired of watching local TV channels because they are just full of partisan politics adding that he now finds solace in watching animal documentaries.
A vocal actress Lydia Forson in the said Twitter post is lamenting the underperformance of President Akufo-Addo saying “my biggest frustration with this government is that for years they sold themselves as the solution to all of Ghana’s problems – but see”
She noted that though they have some good policies, they did not promise Ghanaians average but “Exceptional”.
Mr. Kotoko has since accused President Akufo-Addo of institutionalizing “Corruption and intends to make it as a religion”
