Vice President Opoku-Agyemang leads homecoming service in Komenda

Ghanaians are invited to a grand Homecoming and Thanksgiving service, featuring H.E. Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyeman, Vice President of the Republic of Ghana.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, 30th March, 2025, at the Komenda Lorry Park, starting at 9:00 a.m. sharp.

The service will be an opportunity for the community to come together, give thanks to God, and pray for Prof. Opoku-Agyeman and President John Dramani Mahama to continue leading the government towards its goals. Prof. Opoku-Agyeman is a renowned academic and politician, who has served as Minister for Education and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast.

She was selected as the running mate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in 2020 and became the first female Vice President of Ghana in 2025.
