Speaking to delegates after filing, she describes herself as a “bold, assertive, multifaceted politician and Child & Women advocate, who is well known by the electorate in my Constituency and beyond. Being heard and making a difference; are the reasons I wanted to get into politics since I was a teenager. My passion for social justice, making a tangible difference in the community and resolving people’s problems makes me the ideal candidate for a demanding position in politics.”

The Project Management Practitioner, Fmr. Election Director, Fmr. Branch Chairperson, Fmr. Branch Secretary in Okaikoi North Constituency and National Communication Team member of the NDC said “my vision is to ensure the NDC becomes the first choice for first time voters and floating voters in Okaikoi North Constituency.”

Describing herself as the best foot forward for the party in the constituency, Theresa Lardi Awuni assured that she will provide unbridled loyalty and commitment towards party activities & growth, unifying & converging all party members into an effective and efficient conduit for the mobilization – propagation of party achievement, policies and goals etc.
