Mr. Robert Joseph Mettle-Nunoo

The Supreme Court today 8/02/2021 in its hearing of the 2020 election Petition was thrown into laughter from both benches when Witness Robert Joseph Mettle-Nunoo clarifies that the Electoral Commission only served him with tea without biscuit at the strongroom or the national collation center.

Lawyer for the 1st respondent Mr. Amenuvor was seeking to put to the witness that he couldn’t have said he was not pleased with the functions of the EC in the strongroom at the time because he was served with Biscuit meaning the atmosphere was a calm one and he was impressed with what was happening in the room at the time.

In his response, Mr. Nunoo who is mounting the witness box from his house because he is not feeling well said that is not correct because even the tea the commission served him came without a biscuit.
