A public-spirited lawyer, Professor Stephen Kwaku Asare, known as Kwaku Azar has opened up to John Dramani Mahama, the National Democratic Congress NDC, flagbearer of the 2020 elections, that the Supreme Court will not rule in his favour.

Reacting to previous rulings on applications of the petitioner in the ongoing election petition hearing and yesterday’s unanimous ruling not to allow the petitioner to reopen his case, the professor shouted “No surprise! Another unanimous dismissal of the Petitioner’s application to subpoena the election manager for examination”.

Explaining why he is not surprised at the rulings of the Supreme Court, the lover of Justices added “this goes with the unanimous rejection of the petitioner’s request for production, interrogatories and request for admissions from the election manager”.

Stressing on the legal basis the petitioner is executing the case he noted, it is within the right of the petitioner to file further processes.

Furthermore, in honest revelation or view to John Mahama, he noted “if you cannot get discovery and you cannot examine the election manager, what exactly do you expect to get from the Court? If they would have given you more they would have started by giving you a full plate”.

But if you cannot get discovery and you cannot examine the election manager, what exactly do you expect to get from the Court?

If they would have given you more they would have started by giving you a full plate.

#SALL is the cardinal sin of the 8th Parliament. But this is Ghana. Their fate is in the hand of the system.

Da Yie!
