Hon. Ernest Fasemkye, the newly elected Assembly member for Sovie Kudzra electoral area is appealing to the public to support his Electoral Area to honour outstanding students on 6th March 2020.

In an open letter sighted by Awake News, Mr. Fasemkye said most students in his electoral area (Sovie Kudzra) deserve to be honored for their incredible performances.

We write to respectfully solicit for your support to honour some outstanding students and staff of Kudzra Junior High School and Primary school on the forthcoming Independence Anniversary celebration” – he said

According to him, “The purpose of this landmark event is to motivate the awardees and the entire student body to take their academic work seriously and help improve the overall performance of the school at the BECE level.”

“In all, fifteen (15) students, (nine from JHS and six from the Primary school) have been selected to receive some educational materials such as Aki Ola past questions, notebooks, mathematical sets, exercise books etc.”

There’s also a prize (citation and cash) for the best performing subject teacher based on the 2019 BECE results and the longest-serving staff in both schools. – he added
