SALL: Court throws out ex-parte application against NDC’s Kofi Adams

The Hohoe High Court has thrown out an ex parte application injunction against the National Democratic Congress NDC, parliamentary candidate elect for Buem Constituency in the Oti Region.

The petition was filed by Frank Davies on behalf of thirteen (13) residents of SALL, in the petition filed today 4th January 2021, the petitioners were praying the court to retrain the NDC’s, Mr. Kofi Adams from holding himself as an MP-elect of the constituency.

However, the ex parte application for an injunction against Kofi Adams as MP-elect for the Buem Constituency was refused and thrown out by the High court in Hohoe.
