Francis Xavier Sosu, Member of Parliament for Madina, has expressed his commitment to supporting the reform of legal education and practice in Ghana.

In a social media post, he thanked President John Dramani Mahama and the Attorney General for nominating him to the General Legal Council (GLC), which oversees legal education and professional practice.

Sosu acknowledged the need for reforms in the GLC, established in 1960 by the Legal Profession Act, and pledged to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve the President’s reset agenda.

He emphasized the importance of progressive reforms to ensure the delivery of justice in Ghana, vowing to work towards improving the system for a fairer and more just society.
