The platform gives the opportunity to Real Estate Developers, Real Estate Agents, and property owners to list their properties, including lands, houses, commercial properties, and offices for the purposes of selling or renting them to prospective customers.
The enhanced web-based platform, which comes with a Mobile App, gives property sellers such as developers, real estate agents, or property owners features to aid them in getting the right buyers.
RealEstateMart.com.gh also helps property buyers find their right property that meets their budget.
These are the few steps to get your property listed:
- Visit www.realestatemart.com.gh and first register on the platform
- Click on Register and enter: First Name, Last Name, Choose a user name, email address (the email you want customers to contact your on, phone number (the number you want customers to contact your on), choose your password, accept the terms & conditions, hit on Register. – see the image below
- Go to your email to confirm your registration
- Now that you are registered
- Click on Login
- Click on List Property
