Our attention has been drawn to a publication we made based on a purported press statement signed by the Director of Communications at the Presidency, Mr. Eugene Arhin on the above subject.
It has turn out that the said statement which has widely circulated and been attributed to Mr. Arhin is false.
We therefore withdraw the article and apologies to Mr. Arhin.
