The Management of Rapper Sarkodie has refuted claims that the Rapper has died.
Following reports circulating on social media that Michael Owusu Addo professionally known as Sarkodie is late.
A statement issued by the management said, the rapper is alive and currently working on ongoing music projects.
“The general public is advised to ignore all trending circulations about the death of the artiste as it holds no truth, it added.
The team, therefore, called on all who are spreading the falsehood to refrain from it.
Sarkodie is an entrepreneur, super-talented rapper and the richest musician in Ghana.
He is one of the most recognizable Ghanaian singers known for his hip-hop and hip life music styles.
His contributions to the Ghanaian music industry have earned him numerous awards, including the Vodafone Ghana Music Award for “Artiste of the Decade”. He was announced the first winner of BET’s Best International Flow artist at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards.
He is also considered one of the major proponents of the Azonto genre and dance
The BET award-winning artist Sarkodie, is married with Two kids.
