QNET takes pride in being a lifestyle and wellness company dedicated to empowering micro-entrepreneurs through our diverse range of exclusive products and business opportunities for the past 26 years. We’ve spent years building trust and fostering growth in Ghana through product exhibitions in different parts of Ghana to create awareness about the unique products and business model, community and stakeholder engagement by participating in various trade fairs and the ANOPA project, advocacy for disability inclusion that is sponsored by RYTHM but recently, we’ve noticed an alarming rise in misinformation and fraudulent activities misusing our brand name. This is why it is important for us to tackle the issue head-on.
The QNET Against Scams Campaign
The “QNET Against Scams” campaign isn’t just another corporate initiative—it’s a vital response to a growing problem we’re seeing in Ghana. Over the years, some unauthorised individuals have been using QNET’s name to scam innocent people, promising them jobs or travel opportunities abroad in exchange for money. These actions not only harm the victims but damage the reputation and legacy we’ve worked so hard to build.
Despite our best efforts to maintain transparency and keep the public informed, these misconceptions and fraudulent activities persist. This campaign is our way of taking a firm stand against these scams, ensuring that people understand who we really are and what we truly stand for.
What We’re Doing About It
We are currently rolling out an intensive public education campaign across Ghana. This campaign will reach out to everyone—from Greater Accra to Ashanti, Eastern, Western, Ahafo, Volta, Northern, and Bono regions—through TV, radio, online news portals, social media, print media, and even billboards. Our goal is to make sure every Ghanaian knows how to identify and avoid scams that misuse our name.
But we’re not stopping at just raising awareness. We’re also working closely with law enforcement and government agencies to bring those who misuse our brand to justice. Fraudulent activities have no place in QNET, and we’re committed to ensuring that anyone who engages in such behaviour is held accountable.
