Alfred Ekow Gyan warmly called Abbot is a Ghanaian politician and a two-time parliamentary candidate for Takoradi constituency in the Western Region of Ghana.
Alfred Gyan born July 30, 1964 is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for BKG Ghana Limited, a firm with expertise in Construction and Cost Management.
He attended the Ghana Secondary Technical School in Takoradi (class of 1984).
He holds degree in Building Technology and Msc. Construction Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science Technology, Kumasi.
Mr Gyan is Skilled in Construction Project Management, Management, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, and Project Planning.
Alfred Ekow Gyan served under President John Dramani Mahama as a deputy minister for the Western Region between 2012 and 2017.
He is currently the Western Regional Chairman of the NDC Communication Committee and Regional President of the NDC Professionals Forum.
