The court has also ordered the owner not to travel out of Municipality Sunyani unless with the approval of the court.

Awuah has been charged with “abatement to commit a crime, to wit murder, contrary to sec 20:(1) and 46 of the offenses act 1960, (act 29).”

The case has been adjourned to Monday, February 17, 2025. The third suspect, Agyemang Duah Owusu, who was arrested on Monday, has been remanded into police custody.
