Former Minister of Power, Dr. Kwabena Donkor has alleged that, there are more National Democratic Congress (NDC) people than New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Otabil’s International Central Gospel Church (ICGC).

Dr. Kwabena Donkor also alleged that, Pastor Mensa Otabil in 2008 voted for the late Professor Evans Atta Mills when the country went to [ads1]the polls to elect a new President.

However, the The NDC lawmaker for Pru East in the Brong Ahafo Region told the TEIN members of the University of Education, Winneba, Kumasi campus thta, the man of God switched to the NPP because of the many insults Mamaha suffered.

He said;

“I am a member of International Central Gospel Church, Christ Temple and I argue with Pastor Mensa Otabil more than anybody when we close from church and he has never voted one party throughout”, according to senior member of the opposition NDC

“Let me tell you a secret, 2008 he voted for Prof. Mills”, the former Power Minister in the previous administration revealed.

“People have influence and if you come to IGCG Christ Temple we the NDC people are more in the church than NPP and they know”

He continued;

“We have insulted pastors, religious leaders and everybody. …it is when you have no argument you turn to insult. The insults will not help”, he pointed out admonishing the youth to quit politics of insults.

” We must change our style of campaigning. …we had the power and fed up with it and gave it out it to the NPP. …we the intellectuals must change the way we interact with the people”
