Obour reflects on how he transformed Ghana Post and its success

The former Managing Director of Ghana Post, Bice Osei Kuffour, widely known as Obour, recently reflected on his leadership tenure and the significant strides made during his time at the helm of the state-owned postal service.

In an interview on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen, Obour shared his focus on enhancing employee welfare, citing the introduction of a transport allowance, which was met with appreciation from workers.

Although he acknowledged that salaries were not perfect, he emphasized the positive reception of these efforts by the staff.

Obour also highlighted the improvements in Ghana Post’s competitiveness, particularly through advancements in its transportation network.
