The future of a nation depends greatly on its youthful population. Our great party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will host her primaries for the impending election 2020 on 23rd February 2019.
The ultimate tragedy,” Martin Luther King once said, “is not the oppression and cruelty by the bad people but the silence over that by the good people. In this case, bad governance is not a result of bad votes but those who refuse to vote.
In our attempt to grab power from the ruling NPP in next December’s polls, all delegates must come out in their numbers to vote for the right candidate to lead us into the Battle ahead.
However, it is important that we also realise that we do not just need a candidate to carry the flag of the NDC, moving into the 2020 elections but rather a candidate capable of driving the votes for us.
It is no news that H.E. John Dramani Mahama is the right person to take the party into the 2020 elections. Following his massive performance during his term as president, Ghanaians have realised the mistake they made, following deceits by the then opposition party, NPP led by Nana Akufo-Addo and Dr Bawumia.
The incapabilities of the NPP government is so glaring that even a toddler could point out how ineffective they are at managing any aspect of our country. Let us all rally behind the man that has been there before. He knows the ins and outs of the presidency and will not fall short when given the chance.
Ghanaians have seen the definition of gross incompetence and are ready to make amends in the 2020 election by restoring JDM as the president of the country, come January 7, 2021. If the whole country is ready to give this man a chance again, why should we stand in his way as party members of our cherished NDC?
Come one, come all delegates, let’s vote number 3! Let’s vote JDM! Let’s vote John Dramani Mahama as the flag bearer for the NDC in the 2020 elections. I wish all delegates and candidates the best of luck and peace in the forthcoming elections.
