A youth group of elite and vibrant like-minded members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) have been launched ahead of the 2020 general elections to ensure the governing party retains power.
Named ‘Alliance for victory for NPP 2020’, the group aims at spreading the good works of the party and the government and developing campaign strategies to attract more votes for the party, especially at the grassroots level to ensure victory in 2020.
The group is seeking to see the NPP beat opposition parties with a margin of one million votes from the constituency level across all 16 regions in the country.
The ‘Alliance for victory for NPP 2020’ says it will broaden its network across the nation with representatives at regional and district levels in order to “develop a strong and forceful force with constant cohesion for a positive impact on the party”.
Members will work to provide fertile grounds for easy and peaceful campaigns across all constituency levels.
Membership and regulations
- Membership of this group shall be and only shall be members of the New Patriotic Party.
- All members of this group shall adhere to tolerance and refrain use of abusive words to what so ever the issue may be.
- A group is a group of elite class and no member shall be subjected to ridiculing but only to be a caution to their actions in the cause of discussion.
- All members of the august house shall not advertise nor market any product, business or put foreign material with the exception of the sole purpose of the core mandate of the group.
- Any member who flaunts these rules and regulations governing the group will be cautioned and if still persist will be deleted from the group and never be added what so ever.
