[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he New Patriotic Party (NPP) Women Organizer for Gomoa East Constituency in the Central Region, Hajia Falila Adam lauded the decision of President Nana Akuffo-Addo to suspend the Denkyira Obuase District Chief Executive, Hon. Daniel Apiannin.

Hon. Daniel Apiannin’s suspension comes on the hills of recent disturbing comment supporting the mob action against the late Captain Maxwell Mahama Adam who was on official duty in his district.

Danial Apiannin was reported to have claimed the deceased solider was [ads1]leading his colleague in protesting Chinese illegal mining, contrary to report the soldier was at Denkira Obuasi to guard against activities of illegal mining.

 Captain Maxwell Mahama Adam of the 5th Infantry Battalion was lynched and burnt at Denkyira Obuasi on Monday after he was mistaken for an armed robber.

Hajia Falila Adam condemned the mob act of Denkyira Obuase resident and charged the court services to deal with all offenders drastically.

“I strongly condemn the mob act of Denkyira Obuase resident and charged the judicial services to deal with all offenders drastically” – she said in a statement to Awake News

She urged Ghanaians to have confidence in the system and hand over any suspect to the authorities.

“Instant justice is something all Ghanaian must fight against; we must have trust in our security system and hand over suspect to the security agencies.
