Prophet Nigel Gaisie, founder of the Prophetic Hill Church, says 31st December prophecies are not man-made but divine revelations from God.

In an interview on Ghana Weekend on May 22, he said critics misunderstand the spiritual nature of these messages.“On the 31st night, those who speak are declaring the mind of God,” he stated. “God speaks to us daily. Even now, God is speaking. We don’t manufacture prophecies.”

He explained that people often misinterpret prophetic messages, labeling them as negative based on personal views. “What one may see as negative, another may see differently. It depends on who is receiving it,” he added.

According to Prophet Gaisie, prophecies happen every day, but Watch Night services on December 31st draw media attention, making them more prominent and controversial.

“The 31st is when major cameras come into churches. We prophesy every day, but on the 31st night, the cameras amplify it,” he explained.
