Community Focus Foundation Ghana (CFF-GH  has signed an MoU with Young Visionary Leaders Ghana, an Accra based NGO to implement Public Speaking educational project titled “Raising Leaders through public speaking” in Accra on Sunday.

In a short ceremony at the premises of Young Visionary Leaders Ghana, the Executive Director of CFF-GH, Mr. Richard Kasu said that the need to address speech related anxieties among students to build their self-confidence for improved academic work is now more imperative.

He informed the gathering that it was against this background that they want to implement such an innovative project.

“We want to implement this innovative education project in partnership with YVL-GH to maximize the educational gains in support of achieving the target six (6) of the Sustainable Development Goal 4”

On the part of the Executive Director of YVL-GH, Mr. Joseph Tettey Afangbe expressed their readiness to work closely with CFF-GH to achieve the stated objectives of the MoU.

The MoU is signed to facilitate and organize a public speaking contest for pupils/students in selected schools, starting from the Ga West Municipality and will systematically be scaled up to cover other districts in the country.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by officials of both CFF-GH and YVL-GH.
