NDC went to court with practically nothing – Dela Coffie

An activist of the National Democratic Congress NDC, Dela Coffie has said that the NDC went to court with practically nothing. 

He stated on his Facebook wall that ” folks, it is stunning to note that the NDC actually went to court with practically nothing. Take a look at the conversation below:

Asiedu Nketia: “My Lord, I don’t have those figures here”

Bench: “From your own collation, what votes did the 2nd Respondent obtain”?

He noted that with the above responses from the petitioner’s witiness it is “in effect, the star witness for the petitioner was unable to tell the court the figures for total valid votes cast. He also couldn’t tell the figures obtained by the petitioner and the second respondent. So, on what basis do the petitioner say no candidate obtained 50%+1, hence, the request for re-run of the 2020 elections?”

However he has expectations from his party emphasizing that “Well, I’m simply looking forward to the NDC getting back on the rails after this train wreck. Very interesting times ahead. He concluded.
