A High Court in Accra has granted an injunction on the opposition National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) upcoming presidential primaries slated for January 26, 2019.
Two members of the party, James Kabu Nartey, and Abdallah Issah have jointly filed a writ at the High Court challenging the rules and guidelines for the January election.
