Ohenenana Obonti Krow, So your last message to me about 2weeks ago was truly the last? I woke up this morning to the sad news.
I did not believe it initially so I went to my phone to place you a call, to leave you a message but is almost midday and you have not returned my call or message.
You truly leaved a mark for generations unborn. Your critical thinking, style of writing and workaholic nature is a truly definition of a legend.
You were one of the most influential Contributors to our Awake News platform and the entire team and Ghana has lost an assert.
What so ever took you so suddenly, we will always pray for your life well lived soul to Rest in Peace till we meet again.

“Aaawww my field Marshal, your prayers are keeping me safe. Thanks so so much but try and pay me a visit too ooooo. God bless you”
Those were your last words to me and I have been trying so hard to “squeeze” time so I could pay you that visit but it was never meant to be. Hmmm!!!
Anyone who came into contact either with you or your works knows well the stuff you are made of, the depth of your knowledge and your excellent writing skills among other things
Certainly, nobody envisaged waking up to this sad news of your unfortunate demise on the anniversary of Prof. Mills demise. Many call you LION but I have always referred to you as “The General” and you always responded “My Field Marshal”
Something so special about your voice anytime one spoke to you, that is so unique and inspiring. You were the true definition of a workaholic, and each time I said this, you always laughed and said “so are you my field marshal”
Since I met you, I’ve knew you to be a very focused, calm, disciplined and tolerant mentor with a very big heart.
“The General”, we may have lost you but you will never be forgotten. In our hearts you shall remain and your memory shall lead us on to do that which we planned to do, in your honour.
Prior to our last convo, we did discuss that we begin to address our flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama appropriately, “THE NEXT PRESIDENT”, this was your response to me, “He IS ALREADY THERE, HEAVENLY ORDAINED AND SANCTIONED”
Today, I say AMEN!
General, you and I certainly have some unfinished business. We didn’t finish that petition to the UN, neither did we finish with the other assignment we gave ourselves, I believe strongly that carrying on, executing it all in the manner you will if you were here will be the finest thing to do. Social media cannot be mentioned without you
Ohenenana Obonti Krow, till we meet again, I pray that Mother Earth rests gently on you and the Lord Almighty grants you eternal peace General
