With barely four days left for the upcoming National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential primaries, former President John Dramani Mahama has stepped up his campaign.
The former President is persuading delegates to choose him over his contenders and vote for number 3 [#3] on the ballot papers when they go to the polls on Saturday, February 23, 2019.
When elected flagbearer, Mr. Mahama says he will work hand in hand with party members and lead the NDC to win the 2020 elections.
In a “juicy” campaign video posted on his Facebook wall, the Presidential candidate hopeful maintains he has what it takes to oust the NPP government come 2020 and deliver Ghanaians from the severe sufferings under the current regime.
He stressed, “We’ll present to our countrymen and women a renewed and reinvigorated NDC, a party that ready and able to lead Ghana beyond the unprecedented economic hardships of the present day, beyond the rising unemployment and despair of our youth, beyond the collapse and closure institutions and businesses, beyond the dishonesty and nonchalant of the current administration.”
