Former president John Dramani Mahama, has describe the NDC 2016 election defeat as blessing in disguise which was to make Ghanaians to experience the incompetence of the NPP government.
[ads1]According to him, the hardship been inflected on Ghanaians by the NPP will make the general public appreciate the good work of NDC while in power.
Addressing thousands of party faithful who stormed the Northern regional capital, Tamale for the maiden unity health walk, he urged the party to unite and bury their difference for the battle ahead of 2020.
The General Secretary Johnson Aseidu Nketia, Minority leader, Haruna Iddirisu, Former chief of staff, Julius Debrah, Member of Parliament for Tamale Central, Inusah Fuseni, Mp for Tamale North, Alhassan Suhuyini and a Former Northern Regional Minister, Moses Bukari Mabengba were among the party bigwings that participated in the event.
The unity walk which was part of the NDC strategies to recapture power in the coming 2020 aimed at uniting all NDC supporters together and restructure them self for the task ahead of them.
