A man believed to be 42 years old who was only identified as Efo has been lynched by some irate youth after he allegedly murdered his 39-year-old wife on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
According to reports, the unfortunate incident occurred at Nweneso No. 3 in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of the Ashanti Region.
Efo had accused his wife, sister Ataa, of infidelity, thus cheating on him with different men, and had tried numerous attempts to end her life, but all had failed until he confronted her while she was working on her farm and butchered her to death.
The bodies of both deceased have been transported to the Toase Mortuary by Fuase Police pending an autopsy and investigation to determine what caused their deaths.
