Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has reiterated the crucial role women play in society, stating it is for same reason his running mate is a woman.
Speaking at the launch in Kumasi on September 30, 2024 he promised to ensure his government appoints 30% of women in the office if he is given the nod in the upcoming general election.
