Mahama weeps over Amissah-Arthur’s death

Former President John Mahama has described as “shocking and very sad” the death of his Vice President, Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur.

Amissah-Arthur reportedly collapsed at the Air Force Gym early Friday [ads1]and was rushed to the 37 Military Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Mahama on his Facebook page mourning the death said it’s a “very sad Friday!”.

He, however, described the death as shocking!

He wrote “No! PK was only last Saturday actively involved in our party’s constituency elections in the Central Region.” Very sad Friday! ‬
