Presidential candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, is set to storm a rally in Ketu North on Tuesday, August 13.
The rally will be held at Ehi, a farming community in the constituency, ahead of the official launch of the party’s campaign in the Ketu North constituency which is scheduled for September 1.
According to party executives, the event is meant to “shake the ground” before the main campaign launch in early September.
The NDC Parliamentary Candidate in the constituency, Mr Edem Agbana, who declared “Agenda 85% for John Mahama”, is set to take over from the incumbent and party member, Mr James Klutse Avedzi.
He would come up against New Patriotic Party’s Enoch Amegbletor who is expected to give him a run for his money.
