Mahama nominates seven justices for Supreme Court appointment

President John Dramani Mahama has nominated seven esteemed Justices of the Court of Appeal for consideration and potential appointment to the Supreme Court of Ghana.

This nomination, made in accordance with Article 144 (2) of the 1992 Constitution, is subject to parliamentary approval, underscoring the importance of checks and balances in the country’s governance structure.
