Lois Abena Koranteng, a 24yr old KNUST petroleum engineering graduate was said to have checked in Chrislord Palace Hotel at Anaji in Takoradi on June 7, 2024 with her boss and their company’s driver.
According to reports the three staff of Icon Energy slept in different rooms.
At the dawn of June 8, 2024, one of the Hotel’s staff saw the now late Lios Koranteng in the hotel’s swimming pool in her pant and brar. She was then rushed to the hospital but was unfortunately pronounced dead.
Reports claimed the incident was reported to the Police and that after careful examination of the body no cut, injury or blood stains was found.
It has been alleged that the Chrislord Palace Hotel said their CCTV cameras were faulty and could not produce any footage show what exactly happened to Lois.
For George Koranteng, the elder brother of the deceased, in a Facebook post said his sister was murdered and dumped into the hotel’s swimming pool adding that “The police aren’t telling the family anything not even an arrest.”
His is calling for Justice for Lois.
