Liberian President, George Weah has declared free tuition for undergraduate students of the University of Liberia.

The free tuition policy, according to the President, will be replicated in all other public universities.

He made the announcement during a visit to the University of Liberia and further posted on Facebook to announce the new policy.

He wrote:

“Today, I’m excited to announce that I have declared the University of Liberia and all other Public Universities in Liberia tuition free for all undergraduates.”
