The MP-ELECT of Madina, Lawyer Francis-Xavier SOSU and a cross section of constituents on Sunday attended a thanksgiving service at the Global Evangelical Church, Adonai Chapel to give thanks to God for the Victory of the NDC in the Constituency.

In his address to the congregation, he discounted rumours suggesting NDC was behind the burning of markets and other undemocratic activities that have arisen since the 2020 presidential results declaration by the EC Chair, Madam Jean Mensah. He insisted that, the NDC was not a violent party and H.E John Dramani Mahama will not sanction illegality just because he wants power. “The NDC has equal stakes in Ghana just like any other political party and will not visit pain on Ghanaians just for the sake of political power. We however seek to protect the sovereign right of the people to elect their president through lawful means including protest.” ~ Lawyer SOSU added.
