Legendary Ghanaian musician Kojo Antwi is set to perform in Australia for the very first time, and excitement is at a fever pitch.
His highly anticipated concert in Sydney has sold out four days ahead of the event, signaling a warm welcome from music lovers across the continent.
The sold-out show will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the Bonnyrigg Sports Club, located on Elizabeth Drive in Bonnyrigg Heights, Sydney.
Fans of Ghanaian and African music from all five Australian states, alongside Australians and global music enthusiasts, are making their way to witness “The Maestro” live.
Known for his soulful love songs and timeless performances, Kojo Antwi will be supported on stage by Anthem, an Australia-based Ghanaian artist.
The night promises to be one of nostalgia, passion, and cultural celebration as Kojo Antwi performs a medley of his classic hits, captivating an audience that spans nationalities and generations.
Ahead of the concert, Kojo Antwi paid a courtesy visit to the Australian High Commissioner to Ghana, Her Excellency Berenice Owen-Jones.
The visit underscored the cultural bridge that music continues to build between Ghana and Australia.
“Music and the arts have long been a bridge between cultures, and Kojo Antwi’s visit highlights the deepening cultural exchange between Ghana and Australia,” the High Commissioner’s office remarked.
