He reportedly died on Monday morning through suspected food poisoning.

It is unknown when James kicked the bucket. Per reports, James Lutterodt was set to travel outside the country to further his studies at Howard University, just as his colleague, Francisca Lamini, who has started her pre-med programme at Harvard University in the US.

Bright Senyo Gadzo, Francisca Lamini, and James Lutterodt, represented Keta Senior High Technical School (KETASCO) in 2021 edition of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) competition.

Keta SHTS was pegged for victory due to their outstanding performance. As an underdog, they rose from the ashes to battle PRESEC-Legon and Prempeh. KETASCO’s mantra was “God of ONE-ders.”

Despite their remarkable performances, KETASCO lost. Prempeh College with 53 points, beat PRESEC Legon and KETASCO.

The trio and the entire NSMQ team after the competition were met by their colleagues, teachers, and the public at Keta Business College (KETABUSCO) Junction for a procession to the KETASCO campus and the School’s cadet guard of honour.

Meanwhile, social media users are expressing their condolences. They are shell-shocked by the news of James’ demise.
