I implore the good people of Ghana to exercise restraint and be measured in his vilification.
He stands accused. We don’t have to breach his natural and fundamental human right of self-defense in court. Let’s all be patient till Ghanaian courts decide the matter. Hurling insults doesn’t allow us to [ads1]have a listening ear to listen to all sides of the story.
Let’s not rush into demonizing the man based on what we have heard of him in the media. The same was done to the people of Libya and they grew to hate their leader Col Gaddafi. Now they wish they could have him back but it’s too late.
Don’t let anyone deceive you. Think for yourself. Sooner or later, the good people of this country may go out with lanterns in broad-day light looking for Kwesi.
Why do we disown one of our own this way as Ghanaians? FIFA may have its regulations, but Ama Ghana is a sovereign country with her own laws that should be respected. Can’t we wait till our courts pass judgement before we hang Kwesi? Why the rush? Who is profiting from the rush? Who is gloating over Kwesi’s predicament? Can’t we read between the lines any longer?
Before you cast any aspersions or throw any allegation of corruption against Kwesi, ask yourself if you are acting only on hearsay or you can give evidence before God when we all stand before Him on the Day of Judgement!
Be careful what your tongue utters and your fingers type, you will account for them one day!
