The Caleb Kudah, host of Citi TV’s “Back Page” and his colleague Zoe Abu Baidoo arrested by Ghana Police Service.

The duo have been accused of taking and circulating videos of the police personnel who went to prevent the #fixthecountry demo at the independence square and National Security installations.

Caleb Kudah said it would be better if the police support the“Fix The Country” demo rather than prevent it from happening.

On the other hand, Zoe was arrested because they believe she helped Caleb broadcast the video.

This is coming on the heels Concerns that Ghana has returned to the culture of silence.

On Sunday, May 9, 2021, though the Police went to obtain a restraining order to prevent #FixTheCountry protesters went to the independence square where the protesters planned to converge in armor vehicles.

Following the imposition of new taxes amid high cost of living, power and water crisis, corruption and Galamsey, Ghanaian youth have taken to social media to draw government’’s attention to their concerns under hashtags #Fixthecountry.
