Last week during a one-on-one interview on Asempa FM, Rev Owusu Bempah, said Nana Akufo Addo will win the 2020 general elections. Then 30 mins into the interview, he said some appointees of Nana Addo are working against his victory in 2020.
Then finally, he appealed to Ghanaians to be patient with the Nana [ads1]Addo’s Administration because he already prophesied that the first two years of Nana’s reign will be very tough for him. He said it as if throughout the world, Nana Addo is the only one who has it tough during the two years of his administration. He forgot the immediate past one, who was shamelessly sent to the Supreme Court for almost one year.
Do you see the trick of the funny prophet here? Whatever the outcome of the 2020 general elections, he will come out and say he “told us so” What is the meaning of Nana will win in 2020 but some of his appointees are working against his victory? When Mahama lost the 2016 elections, didn’t some of his appointees and members of his own party work against his victory? When Nana Addo lost in 2008, didn’t the NPP say it was Kuffour who caused it? Do we need Rev. Owusu Bempah to do phycology with our minds?
Rev. Owusu Bempah, if somebody has revealed to you that Nana Addo will lose the 2020 general elections, please be bold enough and say it. Trying to eat your cake and have it, will not help your followers. In other words, trying to win it in both ways is not from God. Those who are truly prophesying a victory for John Dramani Mahama are emphatic and convincing. Some of us don’t serve a God who is confused!
