Mrs. Lordina Mahama, the wife of the 2024 National Democratic Congress (NDC) flag bearer, argues that the Kintampo South parliamentary seat was lost in the 2020 election to the NPP due to division and internal fighting.
At a get-together she organized for constituency and branch executives at Ampoma, her hometown, she underscored the significance of unity within the NDC ahead of the 2024 general elections, urging everyone to put aside any past issues and come together with a united front to face the next elections.
The former First Lady encouraged party officials and members to spread their leader John Mahama and the NDC’s message of “Building the Ghana we want together” to every corner of the country. She also emphasized the importance of hard work and devotion from the party’s executives and followers if the party is to win the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections.
