An educational consultant, Dr. James Owusu, is urging Ghanaian youth to develop their entrepreneurial skills and add value to whatever talent they have.
Speaking at a mentorship seminar held in Accra with the theme “21st century skills for 21st century jobs”, he stated that having a university qualification does not guarantee employment, but instead acquiring wider skills which will move you to higher levels.

According to the sought-after educational consultant, general education should be supplemented by training to develop various skills which should be used to solve problems in our communities.
He further appealed to government to look into redesigning the curriculum used in the various schools to suit the current economy and also to provide the youth with necessary skills for 21st century jobs.
